Crisis and prevention services are available to children, families, adults and schools. See the services below.

281-CARE (513-281-2273) - Dial 281-CARE if you are in need of immediate assistance. This 24-hour suicide and crisis hotline service is available to individuals of any age. Short-term counseling is also available for adults. Staff members can assist with stress management, relationship conflicts and coping with a loss.

COPE (Community Outreach Prevention & Education) - Coordinated by Centerpoint Health, COPE includes a network of providers who deliver mental health prevention services to children and adults throughout Hamilton County.

Support groups are available for individuals and families in the area. The services are provided at no cost to the participants and were created by requests of people in the community. These groups offer a supportive environment where you can talk with others who understand your problems and can help. Contact (513) 321-8286 for more information. Support Group information is also available at the Support Group Clearinghouse from Mental Health America of Soutwest Ohio.

Speaker/Presenter - Are you looking for a speaker for your class or organization? COPE is available to present on topics such as teen coping and stress management. If you are interested in scheduling a speaker, please call (513) 321-8286, ext 260 or contact us.

Childreach - This mental health program provides prevention, assessment, and treatment through training and consulting parents and early childhood professionals serving children ages zero-five. This partnership is through Centerpoint Health and Central Clinic in association with 4C. This program has also partnered with 4C on a state initiative pilot called Strengthening Families.

Victim Service Center - This mental health program offers crisis intervention, prevention, support and advocacy services for victims of crime. Victim Service Center has specialized services for senior victims of crime.
