Crisis and Prevention Services

281-CARE (513-281-2273) - Dial 281-CARE if you are in need of immediate assistance. This 24-hour suicide and crisis hotline service has been available to our community to individuals of any age. Short-term counseling is also available for adults. Staff members can assist with stress management, relationship conflicts and coping with a loss. TTY-accessible.

Childreach - This mental health program provides prevention, assessment, and treatment through training and consulting parents and early childhood professionals serving children ages zero-five. This partnership is through Centerpoint Health and Central Clinic in association with 4C.

COPE (Community Outreach Prevention & Education) - Coordinated by Centerpoint Health, COPE includes a network of providers who deliver mental health and substance abuse prevention services to children and adults throughout Hamilton County.

Victim Service Center - This mental health program offers crisis intervention, prevention, support and advocacy services for victims of crime. Victim Service Center has specialized services for senior victims of crime.

Centerpoint Health staff members also facilitate support groups for individuals and families in the area. The services are provided at no cost to the participants and were created by requests of people in the community. These groups offer a supportive environment where you can talk with others who understand your problems and can help.
