Please click here to register as a new patient or request an appointment. We will work with your schedule, and usually we will get you an appointment the same day, depending on provider availability.

If you are unable to make your appointment, please call us at (513) 318-1188. We ask that you cancel scheduled appointments 24 hours in advance so we can schedule someone else in that time slot. If you miss more than 3 appointments in 1 year without cancelling ahead of time, you may be placed on same day scheduling which would no longer allow you to be able to make appointments in advance.

We accept Medicare, Medicaid, and most types of public and private insurance. We also accept patients who do not have insurance.

While we do not provide free services, we are able to provide services at a discount for those in need. The amount of this discount is based on a sliding fee scale and is determined by family size and documented household income. Please contact our office for further details. 

Co-pays are due in full at the time of your visit. As a service to you, we will bill your insurance company if insurance coverage is confirmed. We accept cash, check, and credit card payments. If you are unable to pay at the time of your appointment, tell the receptionist you are interested in a payment plan. We will set up a plan that works for you.

Behavioral health includes mental health and substance use services.
