Hamilton County Mental Health and Recovery Services Board
recognizes Centerpoint Health for quality services

CINCINNATI—Centerpoint Health has served the highest number of clients and has provided the most successful outcomes in Hamilton County mental health system for the second year in a row.

From July 2009-June 2010, 75 percent of 5,360 Centerpoint Health clients who completed surveys showed improvement.

The Consumer Outcomes Report issued by the Hamilton County Mental Health and Recovery Services Board evaluates the effectiveness of services provided by the mental health agencies of Hamilton County. Data are compiled from adult and child client surveys conducted system-wide during the fiscal year.

“It is critical for the (Hamilton County Mental Health and Recovery Services) Board to recognize agencies for the outcomes they deliver,” said Patrick Tribbe, MHRS Board CEO and president. “We are pleased to provide this data to our contracted agencies and the community to demonstrate that clients are improving through our system of care.”

Centerpoint Health provides behavioral healthcare including outpatient counseling, case management, support services and crisis and prevention services to residents of Hamilton County, Ohio.
