Deanna Persiani is a doctorly-prepared, dually certified Family Nurse Practitioner at Centerpoint Health. She received her Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from the University of Cincinnati after serving as a registered nurse for 20 years. Dr. Persiani has experience in both pediatric and adult emergency care, women's health, nursing education, and corporate nursing. While working as a trauma nurse at a level 1 pediatric hospital, she discovered her passion of caring for children which she is excited to continue at Centerpoint Health. She is an active committee member of the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline and is dedicated to suicide prevention in the community. In addition to caring for patients at Centerpoint Health, Dr. Persiani strives to enrich the lives of nursing students and serves as a professor at the University of Cincinnati College of Nursing.
