Dr. Samuel Smith is board certified in family medicine. He grew up in Kansas, completed his undergraduate study at the University of Alabama, and he received his medical degree from the New York Institute of Technology. He was a recipient of the HRSA mentor award in 2003, and he is also a US Army veteran. He has been married for over 30 years and has 4 adult children, one of whom is a medical student. No grandchildren yet! Dr. Smith enjoys beach vacations and taking care of his dogs.
