Healthy People 2020 Award

Seven health centers out of the fifty-five in Ohio were awarded Healthy People 2020 awards by the Ohio Association of Community Health Centers (OACHC). Centerpoint was excited to part of this elite group of health centers for meeting 4 of the Healthy People 2020 goals for Hypertension Control, Prenatal Care, Dental Sealants, and Healthy Baby Weight Control.
